What is it selling? Okay, lets just work this out;
YOU ARE LOOKING AT A FRAMED AND GLAZED (IF YOU WANT) SECTION OF THE TITLE PAGE OF THE BOOK OF REFERENCE FOR THE PARISH OF WHALLEY AND THE ELR BRANCH LINES.
Section of a title page of a book! WTF?! Why not the whole title page, or even the whole book? How do you acquire a title page, but not the rest of the book? 
The seller "helpfully" puts a couple of pictures of the book cover; and bizaarely, a couple of pictures of women in underwear!
A good reason to enter this item into The Weird Ebay Hall of Fame (or Shame!
